Week 31 Report - Kate

This week was much better! Not perfect but better. This is what I did. Remember that my goal each week is 2 runs, 2 bikes, and 3 swims.

Monday = Run, 3 miles
Tuesday = Swim, 1000 meters
Friday = Swim, 800 meters
Saturday = Run, 3 miles
Sunday = Bike, 38 miles of hills
