California Half Ironman in Oceanside, California is done. The next chapter is Ironman Arizona in Tempe, Arizona - 140.6 miles! I will first swim 2.4 miles, then bike 112 miles, and finish it up with a 26.2 mile run. Wish me luck. I will need it.

Suzanne's first post
I just wanted to note that I'm so proud of Suzanne's first post. (See two below) Not only is she the best triathlete of our group, she is also the best blogger, and the best swimmer, and the youngest, . . . OK, and the cutest too!! DAMN HER!!
